Features

Everything a shop needs, on one phone.

Each part of ePOS, with the plans that include it. It all works offline and stays in step across your phones.

The sale screen with product buttons, prices, stock and the cart.

Sales and the counter

  • Product buttons with price and stock; search, or scan barcodes with the camera or a handheld scanner.
  • Loose items by weight or length (1.5 kg, 12.5 m); a discount on the whole bill, or a different price for one sale, which is recorded.
  • Paid now or on credit: cash, bank transfer, online (JazzCash, Easypaisa) or cheque, with the transaction ID.
  • Every sale gets its own invoice number, even offline. A mistake is voided with a reason, never deleted.
A customer's page with the balance due and a statement of credit sales and payments.
Every plan

Customers and credit

  • Each customer's balance due and a statement of every sale and payment.
  • Receive payments in cash, by bank transfer, online or by cheque, and send a receipt.
  • A credit limit, an opening balance for what they owed before, and corrections with a reason.
  • Weekly notifications about customers who owe, on Standard and up.
The products list with categories, barcodes, prices, stock and a low-stock filter.
Every plan

Products and stock

  • Categories, a unit for each product (pieces, kilos, metres, bags or your own), sale and cost prices.
  • Stock goes down with every sale and up with every purchase; correct it with a reason.
  • A low-stock list, and a notification when something drops below its minimum.
  • Product pictures and barcodes, to find things fast.
The suppliers list with what the shop owes each one.
Every plan

Suppliers, purchases and expenses

  • Supplier accounts: what you owe each one, their bills and your payments. Starter adds the full history and a statement you can share; Standard adds due dates, payments due this week and top suppliers.
  • Record a purchase and the stock goes up, with the new cost price if it changed.
  • Expenses by category: rent, electricity, salaries, transport and your own.
  • Paying by cheque? Take a photo and ePOS reads the bank, date and cheque number for you to check.
The reports page: sales, cash and credit, who owes you, what you owe suppliers, expenses and low stock.
Every plan

Cash book and reports

  • The dashboard: today's sales, what customers owe and what's running low.
  • Reports for any day or month: sales, cash, credit, expenses and who owes you.
  • Profit and trends, and a cash book that counts the drawer each day, on Standard and up.
  • Store comparison, product history and 24 months of reports on Enterprise.
The staff page, where the owner adds people and chooses their role.
Standard and Enterprise

Staff and permissions

  • Each person signs in with their own email or phone, on their own phone.
  • Manager: everything except the subscription and stores, and can manage cashiers and shopkeepers.
  • Shopkeeper: sales, products, stock and customers. Cashier: sales, customers and their payments. Neither sees cost prices or reports.
  • On Enterprise, tick and untick permissions for each person.
Enterprise

Several stores and stock locations

  • One product list for all your stores, with stock counted for each store and location, like the shop floor and the godown.
  • Staff work in the stores you give them and switch store from the top of the screen.
  • Move stock between locations in one step.
  • Compare your stores side by side in the reports.
  • Inventory insights on Enterprise: what to reorder, slow and dead stock, stock counts with differences, and an ABC view with stock value.
The sync status page showing everything is synced.
Every plan

Offline and sync

  • Everything is saved on the phone first, so the counter works with no signal.
  • It syncs by itself when you're online; the mark at the top shows online, offline or catching up.
  • Several phones stay in step, each with its own invoice numbers.
  • The sync status page shows what's waiting and anything that needs a look.
Every plan

Notifications

  • Low stock as soon as something runs low, and a summary of the day each evening.
  • A reminder before your plan ends.
  • Weekly notifications about customers who owe, on Standard and up.
  • On an iPhone, notifications need ePOS added to the Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
Every plan

Receipts and printing

  • Print on a 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printer, from Chrome on Android or on a computer.
  • On an iPhone, or with any other printer, print from the browser (AirPrint) or save a PDF.
  • Share the receipt to WhatsApp or any app.
  • Your shop's name and every item on each receipt.
