Service Agreement
ePOS Merchant Terms
Version 1 · in force from 13 Sept 2026
Entecra · Enterprise IT Solutions
These terms are an agreement between Entecra ("we", "us"), 701-B City Towers, M.M. Alam Road, Block K, Gulberg 2, Lahore, and the business that creates an ePOS shop ("you", "the shop"). The person who creates the shop accepts them for the business and confirms they are allowed to. People the shop adds as staff also agree to them for their own use of ePOS.
1. The service
ePOS is an app for running a shop: sales, stock, customers, suppliers, purchases, expenses, cash and reports. It works in a web browser on phones and computers and keeps working without an internet connection; what you do offline is sent to our servers when the connection returns.
- Some features depend on your plan.
- We improve ePOS over time. We may change or remove a feature, but we won't remove a main feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for without refunding the unused part or offering something equivalent.
2. Your account
- Keep passwords private and don't share accounts. You are responsible for what happens under your shop's accounts, including your staff's.
- Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got into your account.
- The owner decides who works in the shop and what each person can do.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- A new shop starts with a free trial. When it ends, choose a plan to carry on selling. Your records stay safe while you decide.
- Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, at the prices shown in the app when you pay. We tell you in the app before prices change; a new price applies from your next payment.
- You pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash and tell us in the app. Your plan starts or extends when we confirm the payment. You get an invoice for every confirmed payment. No tax is charged at present.
- A payment buys a whole month or year. We don't refund part-used periods, except where these terms say so or the law requires.
- If a plan ends without renewal, the shop can still see its records but can't add new sales until it renews.
4. Your shop's data
- Your records belong to you. We use them only to provide ePOS, keep it secure and support you, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- Our support staff can see a shop's records only to help that shop, and every such action is logged.
- You can ask us for a copy of your records at any time.
- If you close your shop, we keep its records for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete them, except what the law requires us to keep (for example payment and invoice records).
- Records on a phone stay on that phone until they sync. Losing or resetting a device before it syncs can lose that work, so let the app sync regularly.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use ePOS to:
- break the law, including tax and consumer law;
- sell illegal goods or services;
- upload pictures that break our picture rules (for example nudity, violence, hate, or other people's personal details);
- try to get into other shops' records, disrupt the service, or copy or resell the app.
6. Pausing access and ending the agreement
- We may pause a shop's access if a payment is overdue, if the shop breaks section 5, or to protect other shops or the service. Where we can, we warn you first and say why. Records are kept while access is paused.
- You can stop using ePOS at any time. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach. When it ends, section 4 applies to your records.
7. Support
We help you in the app and by phone during our business hours. We aim to keep ePOS running at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted; the app keeps working offline during an interruption.
8. Responsibility
- ePOS is a tool. You remain responsible for your prices, stock, accounts, tax returns and dealings with customers and suppliers.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility to you under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Every new version is shown in the app with a summary of what changed, and you are asked to accept it before carrying on. If you don't accept, you can stop using ePOS; section 4 applies to your records.
10. Law and disagreements
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking; if we can't, the courts of Lahore will decide.
